Abstract
This article attempts to show how the unconscious dimension of the subject can influence the law in its various applications. Furthermore, it shows how human nature is closely related to the juridical dimension, and, in this sense, that there is a causal connection between law and the unconscious. The article shows how these unconscious processes can highlight the limits of the rationality of law, despite the fact that there is a strong "will to ignorance" in law in this regard.
