Abstract
This essay aims to examine the impact of epistemic injustices on the correctness of judicial decisions. Through what is called Approach C, it will be highlighted that epistemic injustices do not necessarily affect the justification of the factual premise of judicial reasoning, but instead always affect the correctness of the decision.
