Abstract
This paper explores the conceptualisation of the legal judgment as drama in Alessio Lo Giudice's work and radicalises this idea using Aníbal D’Auria’s programme of radical critique. It argues that the trial is not only a dramatic action, but a hyper-dramatic stage where political and social forces confront each other, exacerbating the conflicts and subjectivity inherent in the judicial process. Through a comparative analysis, it is demonstrated how these perspectives can influence contemporary judicial practice and reflects on the need for a deeper and more critical understanding of the legal judgment.
