Abstract
In this paper, I will propose a defence of the concepts of truth and reality starting from the analysis of the principle of non-contradiction by Jan Łukasiewicz. After having clarified the reasons why this principle appeared, since Aristotle, as a bulwark for the truth and the possibility of living in society, I will offer some arguments in support of aletic realism, evaluating its profitability with respect to legal-rhetorical contexts.
