Abstract
The study presents unpublished materials related to Rafael Cansinos Assens, preserved at the University of Puerto Rico, in the José M. Lázaro Library, Zenobia Camprubí and Juan Ramón Jiménez room. These include the inventory of his personal library and five letters addressed to Juan Ramón Jiménez. The letters show the early relationship between Cansinos and Juan Ramón Jiménez, marked by mutual admiration and aesthetic affinity.
