La nave di Galileo. L'aula di Montecitorio come modello ideale dell'interazione giuridica situata: precondizioni e problemi
Abstract
In this paper we suggest a reading of the parliamentary aula of Montecitorio as a juridical heterotopia which englobes an optical device within the inner space. The articulation of this space creates injunctive values, which separate it from the whole surrounding context, thus constituing it as a ‘nomic total space’ (namely isolated from other common spaces and discourses). After a short overview of the perliminary conditions that enable this kind of reading, we try to draw an analysis of rewritings and resemantizations which arise from the different kinds of uses of the aula. In particular, these resemantizations appear in contrast with the reading strategies given by the originary project, such as vision and mediation. Therefore, the aula does not appear anymore capable to carry on with the performances of the mediatized political-juridical power. A power that puts itself on the stage taking no care of the constraints given by the space of representation.
