Abstract

For this Conference celebrating Pierre Macherey’s Hegel or Spinoza, I will adapt in English an oral presentation that I had offered in 2015 on the occasion of a previous celebration of the same book, jointly organized by Filippo Del Lucchese, Chantal Jaquet, Warren Montag, Pierre-François Moreau and Pascal Sévérac at the Sorbonne. The title has remained the same, in the Latin original.
